Believe strengthens its leadership position in the fast growing Indian market with the acquisition of Think Music, a leader in the South Indian film soundtrack segment. The French group has acquired an initial 76% stake for an amount of around 13 million euros. The valuation reflects the strong growth in the business and the highly profitable catalog with perpetual rights held by Think Music, Believe said.
Biosynex
Biosynex holds 18.82% of the capital and 18.89% of the voting rights of Theradiag. The test maker has acquired shares of the company specializing in in vitro diagnostics in the market. He also participated in the capital increase with maintenance of preferential subscription rights for Theradiag shareholders, which closed on November 24, 2021.

Elis announced the acquisition of 100% of Chrisal Skadedyrsservice A / S, a Pest Control company based in Stenderup, Denmark. The group employs 15 people and covers the entire country, with a strong presence in the Jutland region. Eurofins has just announced the launch of a new screening tool for the B.1.1.529 variant. The GSD NovaType Select is a set of RT-PCR tests that specifically detect mutations in the SARS-CoV-2 genome in about 1 hour, much faster than genome sequencing methods. It can thus differentiate the B.1.1.529 variant from the currently dominant Delta variant and can be used as a large-scale screening test.

TotalEnergies
TotalEnergies is commissioning its largest photovoltaic solar power plant in France, with a capacity of 55 megawatts (MW). This power station, located north-east of Gien (Loiret), is made up of 126,000 photovoltaic panels installed on 75 hectares of land. This installation will produce around 64 GWh per year, the equivalent of the annual electricity consumption of 38,000 people, and will prevent the release into the atmosphere of more than 550,000 tonnes of CO2 over the life of the plant. .
