(AOF) – The Société de la Tour Eiffel has announced the sale to Novaxia One, a fund managed by Novaxia Investissement, of two vacant office buildings, totaling 3,400 square meters in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. “With this new transaction, we are approaching the end of the asset disposal plan initiated in 2019 by the Société de la Tour Eiffel” commented Christel Zordan, Managing Director of the real estate group.
