How do the French judge the services offered by their favorite businesses? To find out, we called on the Statista institute, one of the world’s largest providers of statistical data on economic activity and consumption, as in previous rankings. Last summer, it launched a large online survey of 20,000 consumers, asking them to indicate their level of satisfaction with the brands visited over the past three years.
Three criteria were selected, rated on a scale of 0 to 10: the attention of salespeople, the professional expertise provided, and the desire or not to recommend the brand to their families or friends. The final mark obtained is the summary of the results recorded. Note that the size of the charts differs according to the number of companies listed in each sector. A top2 when there are less than 10. A top3 until less than 20. And a top5, beyond.
