On Monday, October 25, nearly 300 undocumented workers in the hotel and catering industry, temporary work, construction, delivery or garbage collection declared themselves on strike throughout Île-de-France, in the call of the CGT. “We are asking for regularization, but also for the improvement of working conditions”, explains Marilyne Poulain, member of the CGT, who denounces the chain of contracts of extras and “An operating system organized with employees who switch from temporary work to temporary work to avoid their requalification in CDI”. On Wednesday 3 November, the documents necessary for the regularization had been obtained in nine strike points out of ten.
