“In ENI’s strategy to achieve full decarbonisation of its products and processes by 2050, biofuels play a key role. The agreements recently signed with Kenya, Angola and Congo-Brazzaville for the development of the agro-biofuels sector, as well as the recent visits in October and November 2021 by our CEO Claudio Descalzi to discuss possible collaborations in the subject – and more broadly relating to the energy transition – with the presidents of Côte d’Ivoire, Benin, Rwanda and Mozambique are the testimony ”, argues Domenico Spina, one of the spokespersons of the Italian group .
