(AOF) – The After-Sales Department France Renault and Dacia have announced the signing of a framework agreement on spare parts, with Autoneo, a network of 250 local bodybuilders. This partnership strengthens the existing conditions and relationships, developed for several years between Autoneo members and the Renault and Dacia distribution network in France.
With this agreement, Autoneo and the France After-Sales Department confirm their wish to continue the policy of supporting the players in their networks.
This partnership will allow Autoneo bodybuilders to benefit from all the parts distributed by the Renault network: original Renault, Dacia and Alpine parts; Standard Exchange parts; Motrio and Value + parts as well as equipment parts from other brands. Autoneo members will thus have access to the RPARTS order portal.
Autoneo bodybuilders will also benefit from a digital support system and the support of sales advisers from the Renault, Dacia and Sodicam network.
This agreement will enter into force on January 1, 2022.
