Work time. According to this survey, it averages 10.02 hours per day. The duration reached 11 hours or more per day in 21.99% of respondents. Almost unanimity of magistrates (95%) declared working weekends and 77% during their holidays.
The impact of this workload. A large majority of magistrates (78.25%) believe that this has an impact on the quality of their work. More than half of the respondents (57.43%) indicated that their workload had repercussions on their physical or mental health and a third (31.96%) declared that they considered themselves in a situation of suffering at work .
