(AOF) – Vivendi (+ 1.72% at 11.24 euros)
Long at the top of the CAC 40, the title of the media giant benefited from the leap of Telecom Italia (TIM) in Milan, which received a takeover offer from KKR. The investment fund specializing in private equity has proposed 0.505 euros per share to acquire the entire capital of the Italian operator and withdraw it from the listing. But the group of Vincent Bolloré, shareholder of TIM up to nearly 24%, does not intend to let go of its stake and denies the rumors of an exit from the capital and those of a counter-offer.
